From shawarma to Wi-Fi, here’s what guests ask us most.
Authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean cooking: grilled shawarma, kababs, falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, fresh salads, and more. Everything is made with care, built around bold flavor, fresh ingredients, and recipes rooted in Lebanese family tradition.
Lebanese cuisine is Mediterranean cooking at its most balanced: fresh vegetables, lean proteins, herbs, and spices that complement rather than compete. If you’re new, start with the shawarma, falafel, hummus, and baba ghanoush. That’ll give you the full picture.
It’s spice-rich, not heat-heavy. Most of what you taste is cumin, garlic, parsley, lemon, and olive oil. A few dishes bring a little kick (our Pepper Joe Wrap, for one) but nothing that’ll slow you down.
Shawarma is Middle Eastern: slow-roasted, boldly seasoned meat with deep, aromatic flavor. Gyros are the Greek cousin, seasoned differently and typically served with tzatziki. Ours is pure Lebanese. The difference is in every bite.
It’s one of the more naturally balanced cuisines out there: fresh vegetables, lean proteins, olive oil, and whole ingredients done right. We also have plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options made fresh every day.
Shawarma, falafel, kababs, hummus, baba ghanoush, and baklava top the list. A good place to start, and even better reasons to come back.
